BOSTON BOMB MADE EASY

THE BOMB IN BOSTON WAS A PIECE OF CAKE-
MY 12 YEAR OLD FRIENDS BLEW A 5 FT HOLE IN SOLID GRANITE WITH WAY MORE POWER THAN THE BOSTON BOMBS, USING JUST HEARSAY INFO.

My point is that the right-wing witch hunt aimed at proving this tragedy must have been part of a vast and complex conspiracy (which the Obama administration was negligent in not discovering) are barking up the wrong tree...

This happened 34 years ago... People I knew, just kids, were able to find out enough about explosives (from talking to people they knew in the construction/demolition industry) to build a bomb (just for fun) that was set off in a granite creek bed, far from homes and people, so that it blew a 5 foot hole in solid granite. I was visiting them and as we took cover behind nearby boulders I felt my eardrums compress as granite 'shrapnel' whizzed over our heads. These kids were 12 and 13 years old and were just setting off the bomb for fun! Houses shook and windows cracked for a mile around!

If that bomb had pellets and ball bearings in it and was set off in a crowded situation like the Boston Marathon, I truly believe the carnage would have been much worse. It is not that hard to do this.

Was Timothy McVeigh (of the Oklahoma Bombings) a trained AlQaeda agent? No.

We as a society must learn that we can only find peace by making friends with those who may hate us, because, if their hate is vehement and they are willing to act it out and die with it, then many innocent people will die with them.

Save lives, close our illegal prison in Guantanamo Bay.

FACT-NOT FOX FICTION.

  1. I'm not even sure what point you're trying to make here. That little kids creating bombs and destroying other people's property, putting others lives at risk, pretty much acting like terrorist is cute and acceptable? You should have been taken to juvenile detention and locked away. And you believe you have any creditably talking about gun control! Also, no, Timothy McVeigh was not trained by Al Qaeda, he was trained by our army, and so was Al Qaeda. And didn't we grant the Boston Bombers Asylum from their home countries and give them 100000 in government assistance? How is this treating these people like enemies? If ignorance is bliss, you must be in constant euphoria.

  2. You're right. I dashed that off without making my point clear...

And concerning taxes I actually and factually tell the formal history of USA taxation policies and how the relate to our economy more clearly than any other living person. You, on the other hand have been brainwashed by right-wing zealots.

  3. I love how it's some sort of right wing conspiracy when there's a democratic president and senate. And wtf does taxes have to do with this discussion. I'm aware of your stance on taxes, as misguided as it is. Although, to call your blogs about taxes a "formal history of USA taxation policies and how the relate to our economy" is a bit far fetched and a joke when I've seen post tearing it apart with a lot more factual information than you have ever provided. All you do is keep saying "Between 1940-80 the wealthiest Americans paid between 70% to 90% federal income tax and that's what allowed us to build the American Dream". I wouldn't call that a well thought out explanation unless you're in third grade. Why do you want to punish those who have achieved and contributed more to this society than you have. Why should they not be able to keep what they have rightfully earned. It's just petty jealously. And as far as being brainwashed, you don't know anything about me. I never even expressed my opinion. I'm just pointing out that your "journalism", or whatever you want to call it, is sad. It's like you just read a few headlines and then stretch it to fit whatever you want. But go ahead, explain this "vast complex conspiracy" to me, and where we should be looking. I guess we should let all of those in Guantanamo live as citizens in the US, pay for their houses, cars, and education (but don't make the pay any taxes) so they can see what a great country this is so they can run back home and tell all of their terrorist buddies to stop attacking up. I'm sure that would work.

  4. I am suggesting specifically that we stop giving terrorists a valid excuse to hate us by warehousing suspected criminal-terrorists in Cuba with no formal trial. Bring them in to our Military Criminal Justice System and give them fair trials, or into our Civilian Justice System and give them fair trials. Sen them to their home countries if you want to, but don't put them in a box in Cuba and say 'we suspect them'.

On taxes...nothing truer than this statement...
Since everybody on the Right and Left describe our economic troubles as 'Like The Great Depression' then why don't we see any stories recounting how we got out of the Great Depression?
Between 1940-80 the wealthiest Americans paid between 70% to 90% federal income tax and that's what allowed us to build the American Dream. How else could we afford it? Between 1940-80 we fought and paid for WWII, Korean War, Vietnam War, we built our US Interstate Expressway system, Roads, Electrical Grid, Telephone, our main Bridges and Tunnels; we Made every Car we Drove and we wore just the Clothes we Sewed and WE WENT TO THE MOON SIX TIMES-AND WE PAID FOR IT ALL! Here's the link. Go to section 21.5 and Get out ye encyclopedias... TRUTH:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Income_tax_in_the_United_States#1930_-_1980
