Is Romney a Member of the Likud Party? Troubling.
I am halfway serious! Romney's comments in Israel are purely anti-Democracy for Islamic countries.
After more than two centuries of standing for and upholding democracy as our creed we now have a major party nominee who is against it?
Romney is against Democracy in Egypt because the new president there bases his political views on the values he learns as a Muslim? So Romney is not anti-totalitarianism, but anti-Islam. Romney preferred the totalitarian dictatorship of Mubarak over a new democratically elected Egyptian leader who has shown himself to be peaceful and methodical so far? Troubling.
America and most western nations are very open about Christianity as a basis for their laws and governance. Though we are all pluralistic. Israeli laws are openly viewed through the Torah. All global regions and nations have spiritual scriptures that have prefaced their national existence. Why should the Middle East be any different?

The Likud party actually won the last election but Netanyahu played some nasty games and stole the election. What do you know about Israeli politics? Nothing. Back off.
ReplyDeleteWell sir, I'll have to politely ask you to STFU, and Israel to give back the stolen territory and get the settlers out yesterday and get rid of your illegal nukes!
