From 'President' to the Penitentiary? It's hard to see this settled without somebody/bodies going to jail.
While taking no personal responsibility for this CRIMINAL ACT Christie once again showed his 'bully boy' side by telling us he has INSTRUCTED people to do things over which he does not have the LEGAL AUTHORITY to demand of them! He has INSTRUCTED his long-time campaign manager Bill Stepian to withdraw as a consultant to the Republican Governors Association...Christie does not have the AUTHORITY to do that! And he INSTRUCTED someone else to withdraw their nomination to lead the NJ state Republican Party, but Christie is not 'the boss of that' either.
People who have worked for Christie in his highest levels of staff and associates WOULD NOT close the GW bridge if they didn't think it was what he wanted. Chris Christie and/or his staff gave Lap Band surgery to the George Washington Bridge for mob-style political payback. He will not win another election for office, of any kind.

ReplyDeleteHmmmmmmm ... so what you're saying is the IRS would never have gone after GOP donors or the TEA party if they didn't think that's what Obama wanted, or the DOJ would never have run guns to Mexican cartels if they didn't think that's what Obama wanted, or the DOJ would never have snooped into the Associated Press phone and emails without a warrant if they didn't think that's what Obama wanted.
I see what you mean. Everything this administration does is because they think that's what Obama wanted.
Turns out they went after as many Lib groups as TP. It was because the relaxed campaign financing ruling from Supreme Court made it easier to be in the non prof political biz

Secondly, the Supreme Court ruling dealt with companies, not non-profits. Non-profits are regulated by IRS rules ... which liberals loved until conservatives started doing what liberals had been doing for years. I'm sure the IRS will somehow make it more difficult for conservative groups while leaving liberal groups alone.
