I work at the University of Georgia and I can attest to the fact that our Blue Cross HMO premiums stayed flat this year for the first time since the year 2000 for every school in the state university system and that's with NO INCREASE in the employer contribution! Just since 2008 the monthly premium for an individual had risen $768 per year (which is a big chunk for the many workers making around 20k per year, or for anyone).
Georgia is one of the 'red states' that did go into the ACA health exchanges and we are now reaping the benefits of lower premiums for everyone, in the exchanges or not, just as ACA was intended to do. Meanwhile misinformed 'low-info' Republicans in other red states who dismissed the Affordable Care Act are suffering the continuation of ever rising health insurance costs.Red state Republicans, look at Georgia and stop blaming president Obama for your rising healthcare costs, it's not his fault, he's making things better for millions of people and it's your own misguided Republican leadership who drink the Limbaugh-Levin-Beck poisonous snake oil who are to blame for your healthcare woes!

Wait until they drop your dumb ass. Everyone must be on the exchanges ... it's the only way Obamacare can come close to working.
