This is fact.
The law can be overturned through normal congressional procedures, but as long as it is law it must be funded.
If the Republicans succeed in forcing President Obama into a defunding debacle then that will be overturned in the courts immediately by the first citizen who claims harm. Fact.
This not like other government shutdowns which were mostly fiddling and diddling over small money here and there. This is economic suicide on behalf of partisan politics by the Republicans!

DeleteIt's the government that has forced higher and higher medical and insurance costs. Medicare, medicaid, illegals, the inability to compete, inadequate tort reform, draconian regulations .... all drive insurance and medical costs higher.
Medicare and medicaid never reimburse the full cost of care and treatment. Illegals pay nothing for care. Who exactly do you think picks up the tab? Paying customers. Hospitals and doctors raise their prices to cover the difference and insurance has to raise premiums to cover the increase. Either that or hospitals close and doctors go out of business.
Obamacare is driving prices UP. No one is going to pay a lower premium unless it's subsidized by taxpayers. Understand? Taxpayers will pick up the difference or pay for insurance outright. Everyone else will pay more for insurance than they were paying before.
The first to feel the effects of Obamacare will be the elderly. Rationing is already happening. Liberals consider the elderly a waste of resources (unless they're rich or politically connected that is). Older folks will receive less and less treatment and care. The left wants them to just shut up and die. Wait and see. Obama and the democrats have killed the best health care in the world.
One last thing. Notice how the democrats could never say that people weren't receiving health care. That's because everyone is treated regardless of ability to pay. They had to fool you with something else. "Oh my!!!! Not everyone has health insurance!!!! We must take over the health care insdustry to fix that!!!

My corporate employer dictates health care and pays less less all the time. So yeah - jump on those knee jerk points. Does not make them true. BTW - I am already ON "rationing" Medicare and getting marvelous care! No - people were NOT getting health care. They got ER stabilization, period. And our ER and trauma centers are going under due to unpaid bills MOSTLY from middle class people who cannot pay them. But keep on foaming at the mouth. At least with ACA you can get full treatment. With private health insurance from the Exchanges. Yeah - won't THAT be awful.
