The real message to take from this is that the Republican filibuster tactics have stopped us from passing the size stimulus package that history proves is necessary to deal with such an economic collapse.

I always say, since everybody on the right and left describe our economic troubles as 'Like The Great Depression' then why don't we see any stories recounting how we got out of the Great Depression?
