Everything we do affects us all

Progress Requires Conflict, but Conflict isn't Progress:

To move forward as human beings we must challenge current ideas with, what in our minds, are better ideas. We are not always right and no matter how gently and formally we present 'new ideas' to those who favor the status quo and no matter how right we may be in certain instances, there will inevitably be conflict and a struggle of ideas and hurt feelings, amongst human beings, along the way.

We should embrace a civil struggle amongst our brothers and sisters and we should remember not to embrace the conflict its self. Conflict alone will kill us, but civil discourse, if rough waters must be spanned, will inevitably lead us to a better world for all involved.

None of us should spend one waking day without thinking of the vast infinity of the universe and our lonely perch here, together.
