Everything we do affects us all

MLK IS SMILING-TODAY WE'RE ALL EGYPTIANS! HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY EGYPT!

With thanks forever to my dearly departed mother June Eddins Shirley, who took we three little white Georgians (ages-me 12, Audrey 9 and Steve 7)  out of school to march in Mr. King's funeral in Atlanta back in the day...
...I know for a fact that Martin Luther King Jr. cannot get the smile off of his face right now.

The peaceful revolution to Democracy that is taking place in Egypt CODIFIES the philosophy of MLK and those who came before him and embodied non-violent protest. As cold-hearted as we may become in the effort to survive and prosper, when we see the righteous beg for fairness and refuse to fight, as fiercely as they refuse to be silent, we are moved.

We can't help it and we can't stop it, we care about each other and we want to live in peace and harmony we don't want to keep struggling for domination.

We want to work, eat, sleep, love and pray as we will, and be merry not afraid. We're tired of being angry.

Love Chip
