Opioid Crisis Democrat Debate

The Opioid Crisis happened because Drug Companies were able to charge 1000 times the price of production for these drugs and our broken Health-Care system paid the price. We need a Federal Pharmaceutical Research division who create drugs with no patents, Just like NASA does for space research.
