Training doctors for a cheap price is a good health care solution, creating cheap drugs is too. The US Gov should have a department dedicated to this in addition to our present commercial system.
Our government should offer an alternative for confirming MD's to the AMA's expensive process; and likewise government should develop needed drugs with no patent prices.
